When will I receive my personalized itinerary?
48 hours after making your reservation, you will receive an exclusive, personalized itinerary for your chosen dates.
Can I make a reservation using someone else's credit card?
Yes, it is possible, provided you have the cardholder's permission. Please note that charges for late cancellations or no-shows will be billed to that card.
What is the 15% advance payment?
This payment is a charge applied to the tour reservation prior to your stay. The itinerary is exclusive, and certain charges depend on the terms for the prepayment of services.
Where can I view the cancellation policy?
You will find the cancellation conditions in your reservation confirmation.
Can I use a debit card to complete my reservation?
Yes. However, there are some exceptions. You will be able to see if they are accepted during the booking process.
How can I tell if my reservation has been cancelled?
After cancelling your reservation with us, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation. Please check both your inbox and your junk/spam folder. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours, contact the accommodation to confirm that they have received your cancellation.
